Refunds

If a pattern isn't right for you, write to hello@gridandfloss.com within 14 days of buying and we refund it in full. No need to say why, and it doesn't matter whether you downloaded the files.

Files that are broken or not as described are replaced or refunded at any time.

Refunds go back to the payment method you used, processed by Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 days.
